You will be notified if selected.
- Provide us with a professional full-length body photo with a 300 dpi, or greater for best picture resolution—(a white background is preferred).
- Photo must include entire body, standing (Head to feet). To be eligible, no part of the body can be cut off or cropped out.
- Include your first and last name, title, company’s name, city and state, a contact phone number, and an email address for correspondence.
